Meet Meagan my first brave client of 2017.  If there's such thing as a perfect client it's Meagan this girl was a dream to work with from day one she is so lighthearted and easygoing.  She was an absolute blast to photograph and when she told she she wanted to book a second session in the fall I screamed a little with excitement!  I was seriously in awe during Meagan's session.  This woman is teeny tiny and was so quiet and nervous when she came in for her shoot..  After hair and makeup she started getting more comfortable and a little more talkative.  By the end of her shoot it was like hanging out with an old friend, all laughs and such a good time!  Enjoy this babe's gorgeous session and thank you so much Meagan for letting me share these stunners!  You killed it!!

 

When Little Man Logan Turned One

One of the highlights of my photography career was being this handsome little guys photographer.  I've been shooting Logan since he was just a tiny little thing and when Ashley asked me about a session for this guy's first birthday of course I said yes.  I recently went back tot he states for a few weeks and made a pit stop in Utah, Logan's dad and I talked about doing photos for little man's  second birthday but our timing just didn't work out unfortunately.  But it really got me thinking about just how much I adore this family and how even after this shoot it's still one of my favorites to date!  When we settled in and started shooting at our cute little green bike path location Logan wanted no part of it!  Who could blame the poor guy we've been doing shoots every six months for over a year, I would be all pictured out too.  The second we pulled out the cake though Logan was game and it was all smiles from there.  This outrageously simple session screams adorable and I couldn't be more happy that I was a part of capturing this dude's youth.  So due to Logan's upcoming second birthday here's his very first.  ENJOY!

Sweet baby Aiden.

I met Meldred and Matt about 4 months before little Aiden was born.  Meldred had the CUTEST little baby bump and that gorgeous maternity glow.  I was so excited when she contacted me about doing newborn pictures once Aiden was born. We ended up doing the session in the master bedroom of my house.  They turned out adorable and I immediately fell in love with simple lifestyle photography after this session.  I hope you enjoy this sweet session of the oh so cute Doyle family.

Kristin And Geoff's Caughlin Ranch Engagement

I've known Kristin for years so when she contacted me about doing her engagement photos I just about jumped out of my chair with excitement.  I adored Geoff and Kristin's shoot and their love is truly infectious.  I had a blast including their cute pup Shiloh and their mountain bike into the shoot as well.  I hope you enjoy this couple and their images as much as I do!

All American Emma

Oh Emma.

I photographed Emma and her hubs last fall, so when she came to me this spring and told me she wanted to do a shoot that made her feel good about herself I was stumped.  I couldn't figure out how to make someone this gorgeous inside and out feel even more beautiful!  I was sitting at the kitchen counter editing away one day while listening to Lana Del Rey and it hit me!  We had to do an american flag shoot.  The day before I had driven through the Sierra Valley in California and I was so overwhelmed by the beauty of the green fields and rolling hills.  I've been around this area my whole life but at that moment I saw it differently and knew it would be perfect for Emma's shoot.  We met at Emma's house and drove out to the valley and the whole time we talked about how freezing cold it was and then it started to snow!  Needless to stay it took me a good hour just to edit the goosebumps off her skin.  Aside from the cold temperature Emma did amazing!  Her shoot was truly inspiring.  She looked so free while I was shooting her and I'm so happy I was able to deliver the kind of shoot she was looking for.  Emma you truly have a special place in my heart and I just adore your friendship.  Here's Emma's full session don't be afraid to share this post, pin it, or comment!  Enjoy!

Molly's Boudoir session

                     

OH MY GOD.

I had such an amazing time shooting molly.  She walked into the studio apartment we did her shoot in wearing sweats and a baggy shirt.  Then she laid out corsets, heels, crop tops, stocking, and some of the cutest bra and panty sets I've ever seen!  I knew right away her shoot was going to be one of my best so far.

                          

Josie's Winter Bridals

I finally caught up on all my editing with my shoots and have been itching to do a little styled shoot.  I had originally planned on finding a bride with a big white dress and doing a winter shoot at the Ice Castles in Midway UT.  I went to the craft store for some inspiration on props and came home with some red and and green flowers.  From there my vision completely changed.  I started working on the flower crown and pictured a cozy shoot with some snow, evergreen trees, and red lips!  I contacted Josie because she has the perfect look for what I was going for and is such a pleasure to work with.  She came over Saturday afternoon and My amazing friend Sierra Izatt got to work on hair and makeup.  I was so nervous about the weather since it has been freezing cold and raining all day but we toughened up and pushed through the cold!  Josie did an amazing job and was a dream to work with.  She was soooo easy and fun to photograph I couldn't have asked for a better model!  I'm so thankful for her and Sierra's help without them this quick yet wonderful shoot wouldn't have been possible.  I hope you enjoy these and if you're ever in the need of bridals contact Bailey H. Tara and Jacob

I'm excited to finally be posting this session.  I had the pleasure of shooting my sister and her guy in November.  We picked a cloudy day and went over to Lake Lowell in Caldwell Idaho.  The session only took an hour, but we had SO much fun.  They have one of the most genuinely beautiful relationships I've seen.  This session holds a true place in my heart not because the pictures turned out gorgeous, but because every emotion you see in this session is real and genuine.  I love seeing my sister treated so well and so blissfully happy.  I hope you enjoy this session as much as I enjoyed shooting it!
